What we do
Encrypted from start to finish
Every connection to our website, the client portal and our systems is encrypted. Browsers are instructed never to use an unencrypted connection.
Files encrypted with AES-256
Every document you upload, and every backup, is stored encrypted with AES-256. The personal details in your file are encrypted as well.
Keys kept separate
The keys that unlock your data are kept apart from the data itself and are protected in their own right. A copy of the data alone is worthless.
Two-step verification
Every member of our team needs a strong password and a second step to open client files. Without both, there is no access.
Access only where needed
Team members see only the files they work on, and every look at sensitive details is recorded.
Your data stays yours
Your documents are processed on our own systems. We never sell or share them for marketing, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Security is never finished. If you see something that could be improved, or think you have found a weakness, please tell us. We look into every report quickly and treat it confidentially. Please do not open or change data that is not yours while doing so.
