1Do I have to pay before the consultation?

No. You request a consultation, we contact you and explain the options and costs. You only receive an invoice once you decide to continue.

2How long does a Schengen visa take?

The embassy normally decides within 15 calendar days after you submit your application at the visa application centre; in some cases it takes up to 45 days. You can apply up to 6 months before your trip, and appointments fill up quickly in high season, so start early. We plan it with you so you can travel on time.

3Can I upload my documents online?

Yes. After your request you can create an account and upload your documents in a secure environment. Only your consultant can see them.

4Can I start right away, before the consultation?
